Plasma Cutting

Plasma Cutting is a thermal cutting process which uses a plasma arc to rapidly heat the metal, the high velocity jet then blows away the molten metal as it is produced.

Combined with CNC equipment, it enables shapes of any kind to be produced efficiently, quickly and accurately.

Cutting Capacity:
Up to 100mm thick
Max plate size 6300 x 3000 (subject to material availability)
Tolerance: -0 +3mm top face excluding taper

Saw Cutting

Our plate saws use abrasive discs for straight line cutting, giving a cut edge that is square to face. This process is ideal for producing non standard flat bar sizes.

Cutting Capacity:
4000mm long x up to 65mm thick
3000mm long x 75mm thick
Tolerance: -0 +2mm
